I finished my story for SSBB! Yay! And today I went over it and noticed all the mistakes I had left behind, less yay. Also, someone left a very nice comment on the story that prompted useless Xander/Tarim fluff. Which can be found under the cut.

First off, thank you! This was super-sweet of you, and it made me really happy to read. That crush I had on Tarim? Yeah, that's kinda grown into full-blown LOVE now. He's just so damn cute...! I'm glad he has Xander around to offer hugs and cuddling when he's had a bad day :)

Love the continued joke about the Captain, and that Xander wasn't able to remember where he'd recognized the song title from until after he'd heard it on repeat for a while *snickers*

(Also, Xander/Tarim fluff can never be "useless"! Meaning you should totally write tons and tons more about them ;D)

Not really, girls are allowed on board and it's not because it seems gay people are frowned upon that they aren't a few more of those as well so there might be other couples getting some regularly. For example who knows what the Captain and Grant get up to during those very long hours of 'work' :P

Now that you mention it, it's true that relationships between crew-members were and still are discouraged or even forbidden since men have sailed the sea up 'til now. On the other hand I can't start to imagine the sheer amount of shit Xander would be put through if he was actually the only normal crew-member getting some… at least I imagine that amongst two hundred sexually frustrated-people there would be some to put him through some shit… actually that might do for an interesting sto… gah not getting there!
