What have you received or given in the past for Valentine's gifts? (i would say that this was for suggestions, but really i just thought it was an interesting question and maybe some of the stuff will get my mind moving, besides that maybe hopefully some of you have received or given some bad gifts....wahaha and it would interesting to hear of such ( Read more... )

I took the person's favorite candy (snickers, i think), and bought the little mini ones and drew a big heart on a piece of posterboard and taped/glued all the little mini-snickers in a huge heart shape on the paper.

One year my parents bought me 500 starlight mints (in one of those huge costco/sams type bags). That lasted me less than a year.. :).

I think that making your own card to give the person is the best. It shows you put some thought and effort into it. But then again, I like making cards......
