Caught our first bus using our handmade counterfeit bus passes out of Philadelphia yesterday. Our bus was an hour late, stranding us in Pittsburg overnight. The four of us pulled out our sleeping bags and set up camp on the bus station floor. We slept with a rope slung through all our luggage and tied to my wrist; a knife sitting ready in my hand. Thank you! You'll have to fill me in on your adventure as well! I'm on the road right now so my internet access is very limited, however I might be online more after my surgery because I'll be forced to stay still for awhile. Send me a private message and we can exchange e-mail addresses.

Thanks Daniel! I'm estimating we'd be in Alberta around the second week of May. I'll keep you updated when I leave Arizona.

Wow! I had no idea you'd gotten to the point of actually choosing a surgery or a surgeon, let alone collected the necessary moolah. Congrats! Will you be around Maryland, D.C., or Virginia on your way back?

Thanks David! It's been a long decision in the making but I've finally found an answer that will work for me. I won't be coming back up the east coast on my return. I'm going to continue west and then up the coast and back across Canada to make it a full continental tour.

When will you be on the east coast again? I'll be moving to NJ again in April-May.
Not to mention I'm probably going to school in Ottawa with my boyfriend.

I don't really know when I'll be on the east coast again. Late summer at the very earliest but it would be a small trip if I do.

When are you starting school in Ottawa? I plan to be in Toronto around the third week of May. We'll see how everything goes.
