This was in prep for Michael's arrival up in Milton, where I am watching my mom's house for a bit. Happy to cook for you, but alas no time to visit Vancouver!

You'd probably be able to make a pot roast on one burner, or in an electric crock pot, even in a tiny space. It's easy that way.
