moisture has weakened the q-tip!
as you've just clicked, i'm out in texas for business. i left on monday and for the past 3 days i've been without a kelly :( i can't wait to come home on friday. work has been exhausting, and i think the main reason for that is knowing when I leave work, i'll be coming back to nothing. no cats, no kelly. just... hotel.
despite the hotel being under construction, the room is nice, and the free cooked-to-order breakfast buffet has me actually eating breakfast for once! it's nice that raytheon pays for all my meals down here, plus the flight out and back each count as 8 hour workdays, so i'm bringing in some serious overtime! although kelly could have come, i figured she'd be bored with me being gone 10+ hours a day, plus being in an unfamiliar place. and forget going out to explore... the roads around here are crazy confusing. they have lanes everywhere dedicated just for u-turns.
the traffic lights in dallas are doing it wrong.

being away just makes me realize how happy i am to come home to kelly when the day is over. :) my day ends...FRIDAY!
