"What do you think, Sidekick?"
Chloe sighed glancing back at the building, "are you really expecting me to pick the sappy romance movie?"
"Chlo, your obsession with all things Bruce Willis is unhealthy, and frankly, I'm a little jealous." He smirked when she shot him a disbelieving look. "Think of this as the first step in a 12-step recovery program."
"But, Ollie," she cried stomping her foot for emphasis, "Bruce Willis is just so badass, and as a guy you have to admit that Die Hard is totally awesome. I mean there's action, action and more action. They blow things up - kind of like us!" She squealed. "How cool is that?"
Not being able to deny her anything, he sighed. "Fine. Die Hard it is."
She squealed again launching herself into his arms. "You are the best boyfriend ever, and don't ever let anyone tell you differently."
"Yeah, remember that when I've upset you."
As they made their way toward the box office, their phones began to vibrate.
Chloe was reaching for her phone, when a thought struck her, "Ollie, you didn't set our phones to vibrate simultaneously, did you? Because even though it's kinky, it's kind of gross."
"NO! I didn't set our phones to vibrate simultaneously." He looked shocked and disgusted all at once.
Chloe had already gone back to her phone and was currently scrolling through the message, she dismissed Oliver with a wave of her hand. "Duty calls. Impluse needs us at the Watchtower."
"Do you really think I am so much a pervert that I would set our phones to vibrate at the same time?!"
A couple of hours later...
"Well, that was a productive night. You even got to watch as we blew something up."
Chloe watched as Ollie stripped out of his Green Arrow garb and replaced it with a loose-fitting pair of sweats. "Yeah, I can say one thing though..." She commented off-handedly as stalked towards him.
"Oh yeah, what's that?" His arms circled her waist as he pulled her body closer to his.
"Bruce Willis has nothing on you."
He leaned in, closing the distance between them. "Damn straight." He replied a scant minute before his lips crashed down onto her's. After a few minutes, air became a necessity, and they pulled apart reluctantly. "You just remember that, Goldilocks."
