A big thanks to my old friend Karl's wife's recipe for delicious traditional mexican salsa. Made my first bowl of it today and it was /really/ good.

There's something in there that looks kinda like rice, is that finely chopped yellow capsicum?

Either yellow capsicum or the white bits of red onion.
