I made some fried rice last night, added in some soy sauce, but stupidly forgot I added in a fish stock cube so I ended up with super salty rice. :( I added in more water to dilute the taste, it kind of worked, and then I remembered reading somewhere that if you add in some lemon it would neutralise the taste a bit.
