Doctor says I need a backeotomy.

So my back is thoroughly screwed up. I can hardly bend over to pick things up off the floor, and picking up Octavian is quite painful.

Anyone know a good chiropractor? Back exercises? Drug dealer?

I've been trying to do some yoga stretches, it's going to take a while before I am capable of the Yoga I was doing pre-pregnancy.
