Tokyo Diary part 10 (+munich)

Apr 14, 2013 18:28

so this took a lot longer than expected. which is mainly due to real life catching up |D... the new semester started last week and i'm insanely busy with university.
however, i didn't want to just let the tenth and final part of my journy slip into oblivion, so here we go =B!

so on my last day in tokyo, i went to shop for some last souvenirs |3... since it was raining cats and dogs, there wasn't a lot to do anyways. so i went to sanrio gift gate, which was incredibly awesome. they had a lot more character goods than kiddy land, obviously because it was an entire department store flore dedicated to sanrio characters |3. i went there because i wanted to find a wish me mell plushie/souvenir.

lots of pink |D... and yes, i did manage to find a wish me mell souvenir x3. of which i for some reason did not take a picture. so... http://z.abang.com/d/mrwanju/1/0/5/G/-/-/Wishmemell04.jpg that's the one i got x3. it's a little dragon girl called nina x3.

after that, i went back to the hostel to get ready for my trip back to germany. nothing exciting to say about that °-°...
the next day was still rainy and grey ;-; ... fitting to my mood since i was kind of sad to leave tokyo ;w;~ ...
anyways, i had to check out at 10am and since my flight left around 9pm, i had a LOT of time to waste... so i wandered around in various subway stations before finally making my way to the airport at 4pm-ish... there i had lunch and it was a.m.a.z.i.n.g. *w*.

this is narita airport x3. it's pretty, very clean and very organized. easy to navigate, too x3. /love

and this is what i found in one of the duty free shops, OMG *w*... /extreme fangirl mode on

and suddenly, there was a police gathering infront of the toilets. /sneaky picture
i think it was because of a forgotten suitcase. kind of scary, too |D ... also: LOOK AT THE FREAKING SWORDS. THEY HAVE SWORDS FOR GOD'S SAKE!!

the super specul ~+~priority seats~+~ |D. they have those in subways, too.and you're not allowed to listen to music next to them... or to do anything except for being quiet and considerate |D.

bye-bye~

bibi was with me x3

my trip to tokyo was incredibly great, much more amazing than i had anticipated and i can't wait to go back x3.
my top highlights were:
- yanaka cemetery
- odaiba bay
- shibuya crossing
- souvenir shopping |D
- tuna mayo onigiri ...lol.

i am so looking forward to returning in autumn. it's a whole different world over there, it's hard to find words for... i just really, really want to go back x3.

after i got back to germany and my parents picked me up from the aiport, i was still all bubbly and non-stop talking lol. i didn't get to sleep during the flight at all due to some unfortunate circumstances (little kids.) and i was so freaking exhausted |DD... the moment i rested my head on a pillow, i fell asleep.

i spent the easter holidays in munich together with my sister and my parents. and whenever i spent some time at their place, they always want to go on lots of trips and sight seeing tours, sooo... yeah, that's all we did lol. as mentioned in my last entry, i passed out when we went to visit Herren Chiemsee castle the day after i got back to germany. fun xD. AT LEAST this resulted in my parents cancelling the major sight seeing trips, so that i could get some rest xD.

on easter monday, we went to have brunch on the krawendel. which was insanely awesome mainly because of the great view and scenery.
this is the view from the valley before we went up to the top.

and once we got up there, my parents decided to go up as high as possible. which meant walking up the freaking hill. through the freaking snow.

this is the place where we had brunch. yummy brunch, too x3.

and that's the beautiful view. and climbing up the hill and putting our lives in danger because of the avalanches was totally worth it lol.

lastly: have some cats in snow x3.
fee is curious and bold as always.

fawkes seems to be less impressed.

yuck. snow. get me home. now.
