This land becomes stranger and stranger. Has anyone else come upon these new statues? Or have you an idea, perhaps, of their purpose?
[Mezzaline walks the path to Ardel, pulling a few garlands from their hosts. None of these plants grew in Erremal; there is so much diversity here!]
The flowers, at least, are beautiful!

I know not how else they may have been placed here. I witnessed a child placing flowers upon one, so they are likely harmless.

I assumed them to be decorations, carved by the villagers. This is much stone, though, and they seem quite solid...
