Laundry Day

I'm pulling dress clothes
out of the dryer,
and I think, "These look great!
Why would anyone waste time ironing?"
And then I recall
what my mom used to say,
"You can't do anything right."

Once I discovered that you could get wrinkles out of anything by placing it back in the dryer with a damp softner sheet, I never looked back! I wore scrubs everyday for so many(25) years and spent many an hour ironing them. You're quite clever for discovering this! Don't let your mother get you down! :)

I hate ironing and refuse to do it, lol. If the spousal unit wants something ironed he is welcome to do it himself.
