today i shadowed another PA. this time it was in the ER at latrobe hospital. it was so amazing. she makes it look so easy yet she is just as young as i am! well basically she is just a few years older than me but still, it gave me a good feeling about what is yet to come. she was amazing and so is this field. i am so excited to become a physician ( Read more... )

run down of the diet today. two bowls of cereal both together equals...320 calories. the whole wheat pasta i had for dinner was 190 calories plus the only things with calories in my salad were a little cheese and 25 calorie per serving italian dressing. sooo...about 50 calories for my salad ( Read more... )
