Everyone else was up, I was lounging in bed as I usually did when I freelancing at home. I hit the remote and turned on the TV to "Good Morning America" just as Charlie Gibson mention off hand that they were getting reports that a "small plane" hit a build downtown and they were awaiting word from a crew they sent to investigate.

And then reports slowly poured in after that.
