public service announcement: running for money
if you're running and you're on the nike+ system (or if you have it and haven't been using it for a while), the next 24 days (12 november to 5 december) would be an awesome time to pick up some mileage cos nike is donating 5 dollars to the make-a-wish foundation for every kilometer you run.
