*hugs* Sorry to hear that the diagnosis wasn't what you were hoping for, but at least it is a diagnosis. Sometimes not knowing is worse than knowing for sure.

I do know some people that have been diagnosed with it if you'd like to talk to them about their experiences.

*hugs again*

Thank you for sharing, I will read up on what has been going on with the diagnosis tonight.

in the meantime, please know that we are here to support you however and whenever you need it.

even if it is a "LOOK A PONY!!" lunch where we gossip about other people and I show you pictures of Josh. :)

For all the stories of people with the disease I'm sure you read, here is something interesting. My grandmother (not blood relation, if it matters) and both of her sisters had MS, diagnosed at different times of their lives, and all 3 lived a long time.
My grandmother was initially diagnosed in her 50s (with symptoms starting at 19) and lived to 79, dying from something unrelated. One other sister (I'm not sure when she was diagnosed) lived to her 70s, and did die from MS. The last one was diagnosed after my gma/gpa 50th wedding anniversary, and lived the longest.
