Somehow I missed your original post of your diagnosis, so I'm sending belated hugs. If you need some out-of-house talking/support, please feel free to call or write. I know what dealing with a neuro disorder can be like.
That said, let me give you one piece of advice: find a support group - either in person or on line. If nothing else, it helps you remember you are not alone in how and what you feel. At best, you can find some strategies for dealing with it. LJ has a neuro movements community and I think they have an MS community as well.
As much as it sucks, forgive me for saying I'm glad you're just sick? (See dr_zrfq's posts today if any further explanation of that is required.) At least a great deal of progress has been made in treatment and prognosis in the last few decades.
Oh my gods, I'm so sorry. I completely missed where you said you'd developed MicroSoft. I'm so awfully sorry. There are few things out there worse than developing MicroSoft. It's one of the hardest things, especially with the near-constant patching and the security problems. I hear there are some good user groups for supporting people who have come down with MicroSoft. I know it's a life-long things and all your friends will support you, and I will not anyone look down on you for having MicroSoft. You will do great! And
