That is how muscle is always built. When you lift weights you are damaging the muscle and then it takes a few days for the muscle to repair itself by adding new tissue on top of old tissue, that is how they get bigger. If you work out every day you are damaging the new tissue that is trying to build up so you end up doing more harm than good. You should do your upper body one day, take a day off, do your lower body, take another day off and then do your upper body again. Lvr you.
