Yesterday was a good day (again). We first had lunch at a chicken place, which was very good and later on we went to Stacie's horse. There are several other horses there, so we were the centre of attention for them for a short while. Stacie wanted to take her horse for a ride (in a ride) so we stood and watched her for a while. Do you think maybe that is why you were hobbling around the first day or two? I was wondering how the cuts you got caused that much pain to walk, and how you got a sprain you couldn't feel, so maybe that explains them both. I hope it all gets better soon though!

Very possibly that was indeed the case. I'm still amazed at not having had more trouble/pain then I have had.. Especially given the amount of bruising on my ankle.

Yeah it does look terrible. From the looks of it, you were pretty lucky on the pain side!

I could've ended up sitting on my butt for at least a few days
