I have had my share of frustrations with customer support back in India and here in US too. In an era where companies are shirking responsibilities and sometimes passing the blame to consumers for flaws in their products, Canon's support came as a real surprise to me. Even big companies like Apple and Microsoft have shown a fair amount of arrogance
