So I did what I'm pretty good at. I wrote a scene. I put some half scenes around it to frame it.

Problem is that I don't know where to go next. On the bright side, it's a start.

I wish I knew how to transfer my gaming plot hook generation skills into storytelling.

Did you flesh out the beginning yet? If so, pls send it to me. I want to know what's going on. <3

Also, apparently, the reason you can't see what's in the public folder in my briefcase is because SBC Yahoo is a dick. I'm supposed to have premium briefcase service, and for some reason don't, and therefore can't make documents public. I'ma look into that today.

Which plot did you decide to go with?

As I said, I don't have a plot, I have a scene. I'm going to try to write another scene next. Hopefully they will belong to the same story.

Ah, I thought you'd written a scene to one of your plot threads from before. Oops!

Loosely it's based on the idea I posted in comments.

It's definitely at least one boy and one girl, at college, who are going to get magic. I may have a third girl to create a romantic triangle, although right now I have the lead girl acting sweet on the lead guy which is exactly the opposite of the original plan for them, so until I figure out how to write characters having conflict that aspect to the story may be on hold.

I think part of the problem is that I have a limited stomach for making my characters upset with each other.
