Last night the niece of my beloved friend andreth47  wrote to me and told me, that her aunt Kieran, has died. Kieran was one of my best friends for the past years and was a huge and important part of my daily life. She was a great person, intelligent and strong and full of life and beauty. I don't know what I'm going to do without her, I only know that she ( Read more... )

Beautiful song choice. Now you have me crying all over again. I'm so sorry for our loss. This is going to be hard road to travel.

Yes. I think it will take some days before we even really understand that she is really gone and won't come back. This is nothing one can accept easy.

No, this is not going to be easy. Between crying and going numb, I think I am still in denial. I just can't believe we lost someone as special as she was.

I got a message through her journal - thanks so much to you and ceeceeblack" for letting all her friends know. I am so sorry for your loss.

I only knew andreth for about a year, but she seemed like an amazing person, and I'm feeling pretty devastated that she's gone.

She was a wonderful person and a wonderful friend which I'm sure you know since you knew her for a year.

Thank you for your kind words, I appreciate it. If you need to talk you can come to me any time.

Thank you again, and likewise. She was one of the first friends I made when I joined LJ, and she was just so welcoming and encouraging. I would never have gotten as involved as I am if it weren't for her.

I met her through SPN fandom. She was one of the mods at samdean_otp, and I (along with marciaelena stepped in to replace her when she got to busy with her real-life stuff. We'd like to post something at the comm, because she was a really big part of it's existence.

Of course, please inform everyone you think needs to know. If you want to make a tribute in your comm that's also wonderful.

Kieran spread the love for lots of things and she especially enjoyed bringing people deep into the SPN fandom that she loved so much. She really was special.

Thank you. She just loved Led Zeppelin so much and from now on it will be always bittersweet to listen to them. But that will also apply to a lot of other things. It's going to be a hard time.

It's a hard transition. The best advice I can give? Remember the things about her and being with her that made you laugh and smile and think fondly of her.

I get to do that for my friend Glen, myself.

*hugs*

Thank you, Jean, that means a lot.

It's a very hard time for me and all her friends right now. Needless to say that we were completely unprepared for this shock. At the moment it's almost impossible to remember her without crying but I think with time we will be able to smile at her memory. She was one of the best persons I knew, not pure and innocent, but strong and intelligent and open and full of love.

*hugs*

Heh, sounds like the "not pure and innocent, but..." has a few good stories tucked behind it. *hugs* Give it time, hon; while the wound is fresh, cry and grieve. As the wound heals, remember and smile.

Yes, a lot of stories, many funny, many dirty. She was just too funny, a wonderful person. I think you would have liked her a lot.

I know that she liked and admired you very much and that she loved your work and I mean loved. One of the wonderful memories of her. There are so many of us who will miss her and so many who want to say goodbye. We're working on some ideas to make that possible.

In the meantime, if you want to talk, have questions or need more information, please ask me or ceeceeblack any time.

I'm sorry for our mutual loss.
