Had a great day yesterday, went climbing up at chandler park in Tulsa. They have limestone up there which im not used to but it was still fun. I got to know Sherwin, and his friends a lot better. Yeah so went down to Dallas and kicked a little longhorn ass this weekend. We took the whole band and man it was tight. We first went to Purcell Oklahoma to do like a clinic/practice. So for the past three days I have started on a workout craze. I have been goin in and workin out of ran hour to an hour and a half. Today I went in full sweats and cut 7 pounds, ahh days of wrestling. Anyway I am hoping to go every day and switch between arms and legs. I mad the mistake of doing arms and chest two days in a row.
