1.) I am five feet three inches tall. (and recently weighed in at 128 lbs) Two inches taller than my mother. Nearly nine inches shorter than my father was. Except for being short and female I've looked exactly like my father since the day I was born and I don't look anything like anyone in my mom's family. (Except for the short thing ( Read more... )

6.) Autumn is my favorite time of year. I love the Fall Foliage, pumpkin bread, hot apple cider and all the Autumn carnivals/activities that a lot of communities provide, like OktoberFest. Even the tacky, Americanized & stereotyped ones.

*cough*bullshit*cough*

You like Autumn because of the Starbucks pumpkin spiced lattes.

That, too. :)

Originally, though, it was because my birthday's spetmber24th and my dad's was a week later and we would do all kinds of 'Autumn' things together and celebrate our birthdays together. Now that he's gone Autumn is bitter sweet for me. Infact, I wouldn't even celebrate my birthday at all the first year and I still refuse cake and candles.

But, yes. Definately pumkpin latte's. :)V!!!!!^^^((^^^

>To clarify; (and I hope this doesn't sound too snobby) Rent is a musical that borrowed it's plot (not music) from the Famous Opera La Bohem.

THANK YOU!!!!!

But at least they give a little shout out to the opera with "La Vie Boeme" at the end of the first act.

Granted, it's too little too late at that point...

*shrug* Lots of stories get borrowed and passed around. Moulon Rouge borrowed it's plot from Verdi's Opera La Traviata which borrowed it's plot from the novel The Lady of the Camelias written by Dumas.

What kinda bugs me is when people think a musical is an Opera or when people use the damndable term 'Rock Opera' thinking it means something.
