Wii

I broke down and bought a Wii. Stupid Zelda and Mario Kart Wii...and that whole Laura would love to play it more than PS3. That's OK. I'm gonna get a lot of use out of the connecting to friends thing, at least, more than a PS3. I don't know if anyone else besides me and Tony actually own one of those.

WII!!!!!!!!!!

I am starting a pool on how long before you take out something with the Wiimote.

Put me down for 3 weeks, although if I keep playing Mario Kart Wii, which has very little movement when not using the wheel, I might have to go up to 2 months. If I start playing more Wii Sports, then I want $5 on 3 weeks. ;)

Hm, depends... do you use the wrist band? If so, I'll go with the "over" option, as in, you won't break anything.

Though, maybe we should define "take out something." You may hit stuff, but I don't think we'll see a wiimote being inadvertently flung into a TV or anything.

If you don't use the wrist band... I'll go with six weeks.

Nathan and Patrick also have Wiis--you should get their friend codes.

I don't have any idea what a "friend code" is, but you're definitely right. Specially since I have both Brawl and Kart. However, I've heard that internet stuff is amazingly laggie.

Doc has one too. Not that we play with it since he bought the 360.

What is the friend's code thing I'm supposed to get from Doc then?

go to the little mail envelope in the corner. find your way to the 'address book' thing (I think it is the triangle/arrow on the right of the screen: Wii is currently in gamecube mode and I don't feel like rebooting it). Anyway, there is something about adding a new friend/address/something like that. Pick the one for Wii, enter the number.
Also, you need to send me your number (It is somewhere inside the screens after you hit the 'mail' icon. I'm wanting to say just after you get into the address book)

Anyway, after we have both put eachother's numbers in, we can send emails back and forth (lame, except for when comunitating /w my nephew), see eachother in certain games, and send Mii's back and forth. A few games use the friend stuff. (Metroid prime, for one)
