On-line conflicts

I've noticed something when it comes to on-line interactions: people are both more open and honest. But this can be a double-edged knife: you can find an extremely understanding person you haven't seen or talked before or you might find yourself being rudely insulted by a stranger. Either way, you get honesty and openness!
