I mean, I like talking to people from all over the world, there’s a reason I give out so many ways to contact me in my pages and on forums, but I’m seriously thinking of only showing my ‘fake’ msn ( Read more... )

you know.. the best way for that is to speak a different language and pretend you don't understand... I prefer to make things up and call it russian ;)

lol! I've done that a couple of times, just to amuse myself. And I didn't even have to make up a language, most of that people usually freaks out when I start talking in Spanish *g*

I'm hopeless when it comes to the abbreviations online--so, I usually don't have a clue what they are saying! *G*

Plus, I have a degree in English and have a really hard time *using* the online abbreviations I do know. :)

As for the freaky wanting sex PM's--this is why I normally "ghost" on my AOL online time.

I head over to IRC for the actual conversations.

hehe. The first time someone asked me my asl I was like 'um... what? I don't do drugs...' and then they explained to me what it really meant. Very funny (and embarrassing) moment ^^

But you're right. Aside from lol, brb and wb, I have a hard time using abbreviations. It's just not in me. The one I find more amusing is 'nini' for good night, cause in spanish it sounds like 'neenee' and it's so hilarious.

And yes, IRC is good for conversation *pets #slyterin*
