American Craft Council Show

I have ONE free ticket for this show tomorrow.  It is at Rivercenter in downtown St. Paul and the stuff there ranges from very nice to OMFGAMAZING.  I am glad to offer it free to the first comer; I can't use it.

So how was the show?

And I quote: "the stuff there ranges from very nice to OMFGAMAZING". There was a guy who did the most detailed and exquisite thread paintings with the finest Japanese silks. Stunning marbled silk scarves (just like marbled paper). A couple of particularly fine ceramic artists. Fantastic Steampunk gourds. Fantastically detailed and ornamented wooden...what to call them? Not tables, not cabinets...art pieces with doors and shelves. And Robert Erickson, who makes the most gorgeous wooden chairs I have ever sat upon.
