Well Dylan and I are homeless again. The beautiful apartment we got in north bay, well the people who sold us on the place and to whom we've already paid first and last and signed an agreement are now moving leaving us completely fucked. Sucks about the apartment. A similar thing happened to a couple friends of mine, except they'd already lived in the place for some time, and it was halfway through the school year... I hope things work out with it.

Yeah, we now realise that a lease would have been much better than a rental agreement. If we'd had a lease the new owners of the house would HAVE to keep us on.
