Um, Noir is good for the dark/assassin category, Fushigi Yugi is the bestest love story, Full Metal Panic is the bestest love comedy, Marmelade boy is the bestest love drama, Rurouni Kenshin (spelling?) is the bestest anime with swords that is somewhat historical, Escaflowne is the bestest anime with swords that is fantasy, Irresponsible Captain Tylor is the bestest comedy (ranma is close), and I love anything where there is a secret identity. Magical Twilight is the bestest romantic hentai and Cool Devices is the bestest perverted hentai. Shout out for Hyper Police as the bestest in cute catgirl actions. I guess that about covers the tops in categories. Oh, and the bestest that you have to actually understand religion to get all of the references is Evangelion, but that is a duh. Much better and much more understandable if you get the religious implications. What about you? What do you like?

Me I have limited Anime access. However I love Gundam especlly 8th MS Team, A.D. Police was cool especally if you like Bubble Gum Crisis. Of course there is Urusei Yatusra THE orignal romantic comedy along with Ranma 1/2 (Both by the same lady Ms Takahashi-Sensei). Inu Yasha I tried to get into but the constant SIT! SIT! ticked me off.

Martian Successo Nadesico while hated by most hardcore fans is a favorite of mine. It's good to laugh at yourself. Then there is Mohoromatic cute but really sad toward the end.

Neon Genesis was okay I guess only seen the first four episodes. (Getting anime here can be tricky) so I'm mostly stuck with Adult Swim (joy!).

Also the Stars series (Banner of the Stars and Crest of the Stars).

Macross is one of my favorite series along with the movie Venus Wars.

The only Gundam that I saw was Gundam Wing and there was so little plot after a while. I think around ep. 12 is where I lost interest. It was all like "ooh look! An awesome surprise you didnt expect!"... every episode. Not enough development so that the surprise was a real surprise. Not enough... well, plot. I hear 008 was better
