what a way to spend St. Patrick's Day
yesterday was such a damn great day that i wish every day was that wonderful.
1st off was my last final of the quarter. it was kinda hard but i'm certain i'm gonna pass the class.
2nd was going to the Alliance of Defiance Tour to see headliners OTEP!!!! Jennie O & i went & fuckin "danced" like crazy. although we thought we were gonna be the only Asians there, behind us were 2 Japanese-JAPANESE chicks. well, perhaps we were the only 1s who spoke in English. we got pretty close to the front for Otep but Jen moved so she had more space to move around, while i stayed & just screamed along & push ppl around w/my body. i was sweating just after the 1st song & had had nothing to drink but still kept going. and dammit, Otep dove into the crowd AGAIN and i wasn't there to touch her!!! Jen was soooo close but eh, no luck for her either. i was hoping for a longer set but i guess that'll happen next time around. after the show we went to get some shirts but they didn't have our sizes so i just got me an Otep beanie (that i've been wanting to get since forever) and an American Head Charge (another band) CD. Dry Kill Logic and Bloodsimple were the other bands, though i actually started getting into the concert during AHC. hey, had to get some energy started before Otep!! i hope they're playing Ozzfest this year cuz damn, i can't get enuff. oh, and we went to the Hustler store before going to the concert, though we didn't buy anything. but i know i'll be back someday, hehe.
3rd, after the concert, which ended all late @ 12:30 AM, we went to Shawna Wood's party and chilled for a few hours. and OH MY FUCKING GOSH, i saw Anthony Trujillo there!! i was hoping to see him back in November so next to the concert, that made my day. it was kinda like the good ol' days, talking w/ ppl from high school about what's currently going on. ah, it was so fucking wonderful.
i got home @ 4:15 AM. i don't think i've ever come home that late. but i had some fucking fun so it was worth it. i hope the rest of my Spring break goes this well.
