Tales of Symphonia: Dawn of the New World: ratatosk-knight
■■■■□□□□□□ ( ♠ ) [Conflicted Child; MPD]

Caine thinks Emil is a kid in dire need of mentoring and care. The kid seems to have a developed form of MPD as well as depression born of a lost boyfriend. To that end, he will continue to monitor the situation with Emil. As part of his continued monitoring of Emil, Horatio has moved in with him. Emil continues to perplex the man, but he is now resolved to train the boy.

Fushigi Yugi: ratatosk-knight
■□□□□□□□□□ ( • ) [Strong Woman]

Caine found Nuriko to be a charming young woman, albeit there were certain oddities about her. Certainly one of them was her impossible strength, which got them in trouble on their trip to LucetiLand.

Higurashi No Naku Koro Ni: probablyacat
■□□□□□□□□□ ( • ) [Child]

Horatio is concerned for Rika much the same way he is concerned for all the small children in Luceti. But as of no he has no specific thoughts about her to make it unique.

Disgaea 2: Cursed Memories: vulcanblazer
■□□□□□□□□□ ( • ) [Strong Young Man]

Adell is a strong young man with a sense of justice who like Caine seemed to have doubts about the concept of the Blue Rogues being the primary execution of justice in Luceti. To that end, he plans to monitor Adell's development.

Tales of Symphonia: wise-maiden
■□□□□□□□□□ ( • ) [Informed Woman]

Raine is a woman who seems to be very in the know about what's going on in Luceti. Horatio has talked to her during more than instance.

Gargoyles: poisonousbadge
■□□□□□□□□□ ( ♦ ) [NYPD Officer]

Elise is a fellow police officer from Earth and more importantly from America. That means that she's a valuable comrade in the affairs here, if only because she's from Horatio's home town and of the same profession.

Original Character: james-morph
■■■□□□□□□□ ( ♦ ) [Suspicious Scientist]

James is an acquired comrade here in Luceti who has been feeling Horatio valuable information. The man seems to think that he's an assistant on a police force here in Luceti - a claim that H doesn't have the heart to refute.

Star Trek XI: gotmebones
■■■□□□□□□□ ( • ) [Doctor]

H doesn't know McCoy particularly well personally yet, but he knows that the man is a qualified doctor due to testing him. H is still iffy about the use of magic for medical purposes, so seeing a qualified doctor here is a boon indeed.

Disgaea 2: Cursed Memories: 38thdefender
■■□□□□□□□□ ( • ) [Repentant Sinner]

Kurtis is an overly serious man for having such a comical body, as far as Horatio is concerned. Kurtis is dedicated and invested in what he does, however, so Caine will continue to keep track of him.

Buffy The Vampire Slayer: a-slayer-slays
■■■□□□□□□□ ( • ) [Californian]

Buffy is a plucky young woman from California who claims to be a "counselor" to a collection of girls. While H is fully aware by now that this is a lie, he continues to play with her in a way if only to avoid a serious topic which isn't necessary for him to be involved in.

Skies of Arcadia: winged-rogue
■■□□□□□□□□ ( • ) [Blue Rogues Captain]

On a personal level H thinks that Vyse is an arrogant punk who isn't that much different (or older, for that matter) than his own son. Not to say he's a bad kid, but he has serious doubts as to his ability to run the main vigilante force here.

Suikoden III: chikaidestroyer
■□□□□□□□□□ ( • ) [Informed Man]

Albert is a man that H sees as being cold and detached because he feels he has to be, which is an ideology that Caine doesn't agree with. Aside from that, however, Albert is one of the most informed people here by the sound of it.

His Dark Materials: aureatus
■□□□□□□□□□ ( • ) [Complicated Woman]

Caine isn't entirely sure what to make of Mrs. Coulter, other than finding her to be a slightly unsettling but charming woman. Her working for the church and some of other other statements thus far are worth considering, however.

Tales of Vesperia: winged-rogue
■□□□□□□□□□ ( •/◊ ) [Former Knight Commandant]

Horatio personally found Alexei to be agreeable enough the few times that they've spoken. However, there were some warnings about him circulating a while back, and that coupled with Flynn telling him he's the commandant now through odd circumstances leads him to be relatively suspicious of Alexei.

Tales of the Abyss: mirrorbirth
■■□□□□□□□□ ( • ) [Young Retired General]

Horatio has found Asch to be a pleasing young man who seems to have a terrible past. Like many soldiers, he appears to have died far too young. This topics aren't anything that H feels the need to pursue with him for the time being, however.

Team Fortress 2: enough_bodybags
■■□□□□□□□□ ( ♤ ) [Medical Murderer]

The RED Medic is a murderous medical practitioner whose grip on sanity is flimsy at best. He is a liability to everyone.

Katekyo Hitman REBORN!: pfft-scumbag
■■□□□□□□□□ ( ◊ ) [Condescending Gunman]

Also a liability to everyone, Xanxus is a gunman that Horatio met by accent when he was having a target practice. He thinks he might need to look into him further in future.

Castlevania: belmontlegacy
■□□□□□□□□□ ( • ) [Vamprie Hunter]

Simon Belmont is a serious and dedicated man from the far past. H doesn't know much more about him for the time being.

Final Fantasy VII: gardenerofgaia
■□□□□□□□□□ ( • ) [Gardener]

Aerith is a gardener from a foreign world. She seems to be a polite and well-mannered young woman, which H did appreciate the time he spoke to her.

Final Fantasy IV: lunarborn
■□□□□□□□□□ ( • ) [Knight of Baron]

Cecil Harvey is a man that H found to be of noble sentiment and upbringing, to use both senses of the word. That means that Horatio should get to know him all the better.

Peacemaker Kurogane: ahappylie
■□□□□□□□□□ ( • ) [Japanese Man]

Souji Okita is a Japanese man. He appears to be wary of things that others in Luceti are open about, which is interesting.

Persona 3: emp3thy
■■■□□□□□□□ ( •/◊ ) [Japanese Boy]

Horatio isn't quite sure how to classify Minato. On one hand, he's openly suspicious. On the other, he doesn't seem to be a bad kid. To that end, Horatio ties to give Minato the benefit of the doubt. It is unlikely, however, that he will ever place complete faith in the boy.
