Thanks! It was a great sandwich. The key is to wrap the egg around the cheese so that the cheese melts while the egg cooks.

Belated happy birthday on LJ! I am glad that it got off to a good start. That actually sounds like the best breakfast ever. I kind of want it right now (except I'm OD'ing on hummus).
