I'm cutting this down because the wall of text was driving me up the wall. Everything I've said and linked to can be found
HERE in a much shorter and sweeter list of links to images that Radiotrash and co have put together. I don't have the time to keep up with this whole thing and I'm sure everyone else that has read this journal is keeping up

She actually denies knowing of the BJDs' existence at one point, but the blog post has since disappeared.
Hope you don't mind me linking this on DoA, I'm outraged by this :\

The people who say that kind of thing should see how it feels to get their photo stolen, or to have someone sell their art/photos for money. I know if any of my work got stolen, I'd be pissed.

One art blog - Ektopia - has also already taken down their post on her as well, since they aren't interesting in 'art that's been ripped off; especially when the artist is being so deliberately dishonest'.

Are the companies planning to do anything about it?
Does she have a DA?

I know they said she didn't have permission but I was a bit confused by if they'd dealt with her before or not.
Either way its crap.
I do vector art. I've traced stock art for practice. I've traced my own DOLLS for practice. I did it with live trace just to see if it was doable when she said that she didn't live trace. It is! And to alter it with some different blush or eye shadow after? Is very easy. It's sick.

I don't know how she can say it's not the same picture when the eye position even when the damned things are cross eyed is the same and the lip shading is exact.

Its the one with the swirl in the hair.
I mean sure it's close and all but there was too much changed. I saw that and kinda went "What the big f-ing deal?" But seeing the rest? Yeah. Exact.
Her reactions on face book are even more disturbing.
Saying that the doll makers appreciate her art and all that. Gag me.

From Radiotrash's new site collecting the information (http://www.radiotrash.org/mijn/), private owner A @ blastmilk @ Kallisti... clearly states that she did not give her permission to do this.
Thanks for putting up your correspondence with her. I do feel rather annoyed though that she's trying to play the pity card now... I guess we'll wait and see what happens since some companies are considering legal action. I mean, perhaps some were owner pics from people she knew... but company pics? Same flaws, same faceup, even same eye colour? Hrmm.....
