I was wondering whether anyone knew of (and had a copy of) a program I could use to transfer music played on a keyboard into sheet (stave) music.
There's a Korg thingy.. and a laptop thingy.. so if someone could insert a groovy music program ...
Purrdy please!?

maybe reason or sibelius? if you have kazaar you could be naughty and download it for free cos both those programs a worth a small fortune!i'm not sure how its all hooked up though - i think the keyboard needs a midi output so you'd have to check for that...

i've been trying to do the same thing with my roland for awhile now cept i dont have a soundcard - so this poses quite the problem heh!

I was sure it'd be easier to get this done. Surely there's tonnes of us out there who want to do precisely this! Does nobody love us enough to make geekness accessible for us in PRECISELY the way we need/want! teehee

I demand ultra-convenience!

Hey boop, I can give you a copy (sshh!) Cubase SX 2, which a state-of-the-art MIDI and diital sound composing/mixing/mastering program.

It also shows recorded MIDI keyboard stuff in sheet-music style, ready for printing.

Let me know if you want a copy, I can bring it into Sin next time I'm there.

Hope that helps!
