I miss u too. I miss how we're all -real- people around each other.. and we giggle and laugh and we're silly but we're serious when we want to be and.. *babbledybobbledipops*
I think I'm feeling unrealistically HUGE motivation to get my butt to Melbourne.. except I wish I had my degree already or a job.. well both. Is it hard to get into uni in Melbourne by now?
For next semester?? or in the future like next year or something? You could do a transfer, I know people have done it :>
Carly would know, she goes to Melbourne uni?

O my goodness.. the thought of you coming here makes me grow mental with excitement!! seriously! I'm not sure.. if you can do the same thing here as you're doing in Perth it should be okay.. I think Peter has enrolled to continue next semester from Melb. Uni. try!!!!!!! *B B BOUNCE**
I'm sorry for not calling you last night.
I got back to my parents place quite late last night and didn't think it'd be appropriate to call at an ungodly hour.
Hahahahhaah!!! I love bender
Matt Groening seems to have a thing for things sponaneously bursting into flames like Dr Zoidberg's Slinky after he tried to re slinakfy it! Everytime I think of that it cracks me up!!
I definitely agree that it can be a useful tool for friends to keep in touch with how their friends are going, but me, personally using it to type out my day - I find it a bit odd. I guess I'm just bemoaning the fact that no one seems to have the time anymore. We're all becoming increasingly confined to use whatever means we can to somehow stay in touch.. but these means seem to include personal contact less and less. I like seeing what people really look like when they smile.
I whole heartedly agree with you Adele. If you're using the internet as your primary form of communication then you're living a very sad existance. People say they don't have time to see their friends. If you looked at all the time some people spend on the net you could have gotten in your car or transport, gone round your friends, chatted for hours then come back in the same amount of time. I generally only use it to stay in contact with mates overseas. I look at livejournals because they are interesting, some people divulge personal information that they wouldn't otherwise say in person. In fact I'd say a large portion of the most outgoing people on the internet are some of the most introverted people in life. Bring back social skills, it sounds sad but when I was a teenager no-one had the net and we went outside, to parties and peoples houses instaid of being on this thing 24/7. However if you stopped writing in it I wouldn't be able to voyueristicly observe some of your life that I'm otherwise not a part of. Good seeing you again
