So fucked up.
The police tasered a UCLA student in the library cuz he did not have his student ID.
What the fuck

It's weird to see when we're watching it like this, but think about what the other students saw and try to pretend you're one of them ( ... )

I hate that...
Sounds to me like the kid wanted to make publicity by getting officers in trouble. Theres no power abuse there all the boy had to do was show ID he didnt have any so he was told to leave and least 6 times and then the officer said if you dont leave we will tase you and the boy flipped out "this is your patriot act" sounds to me like hes a hippy. I would have tased him to.
Although Im sure the six officers could have just picked him up and taken him away but whatever and the students watching didnt do anything but egg him on to continue to be "A Hero" you know the kid that no one seemed to know who he was...
Those are school security officers as well I take it =/
The Rodney King beat everything that moves bullshit has been done with a long time ago.
I dont know I feel more sorry for the officers than I do for the rediculous kid.

I know what you're saying. I wouldn't say the kid was a hero exactly, after all, he did give the police campus or otherwise an attitude (which would have pissed me off too), but I do think that the situation could have been handled a bit better than it was.
