New Haven? Isn't that the location of YALE?!?

P.S. Sorry, I haven't been online much. I am going nutty studying for the MCATs.

Looks like you are a fellow I/O Psych'er. The school in New Haven you are going to is UNH, correct? I was also accepted there, and just visited 2 weeks ago. Yea, same town as Yale, but I was thoroughly unimpressed with the state of the town - the school was great though. I chose a mid-west school ... not quite as exciting as the culture of New England, but more of what I am currently looking for. Good luck with your UNH program!

heya,

visited UNH too.. I didnt like the area that much, or the school, even though the program/profs seem pretty good.

I actually changed my mind to FDU in Madison, NJ! better assistantship/intern opps i think...

Where did you choose :) ?

When I visited UNH I talked with two Dean's, I don't remember what they were Deans of ... but they both said the same thing, "Oh, forget looking at any other schools, we really do have the best school for this program hands down, you can't get a better education anywhere else." And they were 100% serious. Plug your private school much? That kind of turned me off of the school a bit.

I chose SCSU in MN ... ditto on the better assistantship opps elsewhere. It is a public school, and it fairly close to the Twin Cities where there will be tons of Internships. I'd like to come out of grad school just a few thousand in debt instead of 40k in debt (yikes).

So why'd you choose I/O Psych?
