Sorry about that. I have been working a lot and my hours take most of the day, when I'm not at work I've been traveling and getting ass from my girlfriend, so you will forgive me if I've been busy. I will call you soon and give you a full update.

Yeah we'll let you know when we have a house warming. Right now I am more concerned about getting through the loan porgram, condo association and closing on the damn thing!!

Hmm...I wonder how much of a bastard I'd be to ask for your email address. Whenever I write you an email I just reply to an old on and change the subject but the last email you sent me is buried in spam...
