I am up for that Sol! *high-fives*

Sorry to hear that things are going stress-like...but you are not alone. Sherman bitched about the safety issues at Six Flags yesterday. Just remember: learning to roll with the punches will only make you more aware of your working environment. Hope things get better!

I know. It'll be fine. And tell Sherman that he is not alone in the realm of unsafe internships. The light hang last night was a doozy.

No. No parties. Mica rules still apply, and there will be no crazy parties that I would be responsible for. :)

You know what? You don't need any advice. You are doing a fucking fabulous job there. I'm sorry your day sucked. I heart you.

Can't wait to see you tomorrow.

Its internships like this that make us wonder why do we still do what we do. Half the time we are back stage and get little to no recognition. Half the theatre jobs in the world are unpaid and really unapreciated. But it is in this dire strait that we let the love of the art lift us above it. It is when all the shit work is done and the show begeins and you can see the look on the faces of the men and women and the children. The smiles the laughs the crys. And for those two hours you know that you have given a peice of yourself to those people. We wait in the wings for the end of the show and then we hear that joyous sound that, I belive , is like the singing of angles...the applause. Those men, women and children who have no idea who you are or what you did are now clapping for you. They are joyous becase for two hours you let them live inside you you let them be you and for that it makes all the things we do worth it. I hope this helps.

Love
Chris

Wow, that was really good. I have you ever tried writing some of this stuff down to publish? You could probably put together a pretty good book.
