To read the headline "Saddam to be killed tonight" one minute, and then "Saddam executed" the next. I see dying as a private affair, so to have almost a play-by-play feels odd. I agree! And you know what I find even more disturbing - that there is actual video footage of the hanging and you can watch Saddam die online.

Yeah, I saw those shortly after I posted this. I won't click on them, and I don't even wanna see a screenshot from it, but they don't give you any choice on the news sites.

even though i felt he got what he deserved it should not have been on display like that. It's almost as if it was being bordcasted for some one else's vewing maybe some one who they don't know where they are but want to make dmae sure they see it.

I totally agree. It's wrong to turn it into entertainment. I can understand people being happy about his death, but wanting to watch him die and enjoying it is sick.
