It wasn't really the plot that bothered me when it came down to it (which was good, since I'd had that down from the beginning!), but rather the way I was telling it, which was way more tell than show. Sadly, even after fixing a bunch of that, it was still a little too heavy on the tell side of things, but it was getting soooo long. ;) What it basically did, besides making a couple of things awkward, was that it shortchanged Mabo's & Nagase's characters a little and Taichi's & Leader's characters a lot, but since I'm an overly detailed writer (so many asides!), I'm hoping they balanced it out a little. *snork* Ah, well, such is life.
I will admit I laughed at the fact that his "power" ended up including so much fail!nessMabo's & Nagase's were easy, 'cause they're from shows, and Gussan's was, oddly if obviously enough, based on his dog, but I actually based the other two's powers on themselves - Leader's disappearing act that the ( ... )
