I haven't blogged for a couple of months so it's time for some updates...

November 5-7 we went to Cagayan de Oro again thanks to promo fares, but as the last time we already ziplined and rafted, this time we opted to just rest at home for the most part and bond with the family. Maybe the next time we get to stay a bit longer we'll have more

Wow really scary times in your company! Glad it wasn't as bad for you as the others who suddenly had to up and leave. :(

As of not being a manager/lead -- I hear ya. I just look at the leads and managers who couldn't take their eyes of that stupid BlackBerry and I'm immediately turned off. :P

Actually, you have quite a similar situation as Ken. Forced to take on a lead role. You'll both get through it though! I'm sure of it. Good luck and hang in there! :)

Yeah we're still coping with the loss...especially since one of our former teammates brought with him 20 years of experience in this company... Mukhang ok naman siya though nag email siya sa amin a few days after letting us know how he was doing...

Actually, you have quite a similar situation as Ken. Forced to take on a lead role. You'll both get through it though! I'm sure of it. Good luck and hang in there! :)

err, congrats(?) on your new role, hehe... Speaking from experience, I thought you were a pretty effective team lead :p, so I think you'll do well on this new role, kahit na it's really not what you want right now. Reading about the your company's re-org is kind of surprising though. Good thing you guys weren't affected directly (I mean, wala naman nalay-off na mga common friends natin, right? hehe)

Ay wala pa namang immediate plans, marami pang utang na binabayaran kaya kayod muna hehe I just can't imagine growing old though in that kind of environment, siguro eventually we'll look for something more laid back...

Hehehe kelangan mo na matuto lalo na pagdating sa States :D Ako nga rin kelangan ding matuto hahaha siguro pwede magpractice sa Fort para wala masyadong sasakyan pag weekends hehehe pag nahanapan ng panahon :p
