Zicam spray seems to help me get rid of a cold quicker. I don't know if it's purely psychosomatic but it seems to work.

There have been several things going on out this way like what you describe. Also a really bad stomach thing going on too. I hope you feel better.

I tried to put on several different pairs of old pants today and discovered they won't fit. *sigh* I really have to work on that.
