Round One, Complete!
I finished Dragon Age 2 today!
Took me significantly less time than DAO. On the whole, it wasn't a bad experience. I found that your decisions in the game didn't impact the plot too much until the very end. The only real decisions revolve around how prejudice your character ought to be, and how best to keep your party members happy. I managed to get through the whole playthrough with everyone's friendship bar maxed out (except for Fenris).
My favorite moment was in The Last Straw, when Meredith comes into the Gallows with Fenris in toe. I asked him if suddenly he's fine with slavery, to which he responded with something along the lines of "Er... hey Meredith, I'm gonna go ahead and join Hawke now". XD
I didn't end up going through Legacy. I figure I'll give that one a shot on my second play through. That said I've started out my second game as a male Rogue. No chest will go unopened if I have anything to say about it. XD
