It looks like I got into grad school here at Western for history! I'm a bit shocked, and am in a state of disbelief (partially because I thought I would not hear until the end of this month at the earliest).
Ya! Woooooooo!

Hm, I've heard that most people don't get accepted for post-grad at the place they did their undergrad, but I know a lot of people who've stayed at Western for Masters degrees.

What kind of history is it?

I proposed to study Jewish immigration to Canada following WW2... I assume that they'll let me do that! I am pretty sure that there is a course component I have to complete, but I don't know exactly what those entail, other than that one will be about French translation

it's crazy how much less an involved process grad school application is than to professional school - I guess no one really wants to be an academic these days :P
btw, now I can finally eat in the grad club without feeling slightly uneasy :/

I was thinking of applying to Western for my grad work in history, but I decided to take the teacher's college route; perhaps I shall see you there next year!

I'm thinking about going applying to teachers college once I finish my MA... but I don't know if I can handle the bratz. :P
