well today i had an official track practice it was alot of fun! it was a good work out! twords the end pulled out a couple hurdles did em a couple of times bu the first time i did it today was the first in along time and yeah so i attempted it like i was so sweet and i definitly took my slef to the ground haha but i was a man about it and whats a ( Read more... )
