hmmm, when i clicked on the picture to get a better look, Dean looks like he's crying and Sam is going "shhhh" AND Sam has a wierd mark on his fore arm.

Yeah I'm positive! You're right the other pic looks "rougher" maybe something happend to Dean and Sam tries to bring him back to reality. Dude...I have no idea! Still 9(!) fucking days until we find out.
