That DOES make sense, thanks Mariah. I know it was wrong of me to lie, but I hate when people DON'T take in the consideration of what might be going on on MY end. I know, I know, nothing really WAS wrong with me and I know it can be frustrating, but I don't just automatically go to the person in a mean way. I would just ask 'can you please let me know if my order has been shipped yet?' then if they say 'yes', then that's it. Idk, I guess I'm not much of a worrier. I don't let something so small annoy me. Harassing me isn't going to get it there faster when I had already told her that it was sent out. I know that the professional business like way would be to refund some of her money, but I don't think its right to give people what they want all the time. People automatically yell and get angry TO get what they want, and I don't think that's right at all. And even if you're all nice about it, sometimes that's easier for whomever to not give you what you want either, so I don't know, I guess it goes both ways. But all in all, I'm not
