I was wondering, who is the photographer of this Mavid photo from the August 14th show in Washington, DC?

I'm asking because I want to get the person's permission to use this particular photo in the AI7 Audio Mash Up sequel. If you know who it is, please let me know. I have been searching on countless boards and have come up with nothing so far...
